  • June 10, 1885 - purchased by Simeon Hall
  • 1904 - purchased by Avery K. Gleason, minister of First Congregational Church, located diagonally across the street from the house
  • November 14, 1908 - purchased by Walter Leonard
  • November 1, 1915 - purchased by David Carr
  • 1920s - purchased by Lester and Isabelle Hannant
  • 1999 - bequeathed to Raynham Historical Society by Isabelle Hannant

Mural Restoration Project

From October 2007 to January 2010, a project was undertaken to restore a late 19th/early 20th century mural on the walls of the house's main room. Two conservators and three conservation technicians spent a combined 570 hours on the project.
